Fees & Hours
We do not accept insurance payments, nor can we intervene with insurance claims processes. We can provide only a paid invoice at the time of service. It is the clients' responsibility to seek reimbursement, if any, from insurance companies.
Homeopathic consultations are included in coverage of Flexible Spending Plans or "Flex-plans." This is an IRS "medical savings plan" which allows certain out of pocket expenses such as insurance deductibles, alternative treatments, etc., to be declared in January of each year, deducted before taxes from the paycheck, then drawn against each time you have a covered expense. This allows some significant savings for those who have this option through their place of employment. Please contact your employer's human resource department for information. Again, we do not have further information because it is up to each company to provide forms, etc. for declaration. There is a declaration deadline date in January, and our office does have an information sheet available that will help you estimate the costs you may incur with our office. Please let us know if you are using a flex-plan when you receive an invoice each visit.
Our Fee Structure
Our fee structure includes the professional homeopath's consultation fee, plus whatever products we may provide, as a convenience for our clients. This is the most cost-efficient way we have to provide services to our clients. The general consultation fees are outlined below. Remedies are priced according to need of the individual client.
Initial Consultation:

Interim Consultation:
These will be billed at the same rate as follow-up consultations. There may be unusual situations where we may wish to provide oversight for some time in our office, to be certain we are seeing the desired response before sending you home. These will be billed on a per-incident basis, and depends upon how much direct practitioner time is required in-office or on the phone.
Emergency page returns:
Our office does provide a paging system for our current clients ONLY in minor emergency situations ONLY. This is not for general questions, solicitations, or information for potential new clients. This is for after hours, intensely uncomfortable physical or emotional situations. If you call our paging system and leave a voice message, we will return the call immediately on receipt of that message. There will be a minimum $60 charge for return of a page. If we spend more than 10 minutes with you, we will charge based upon 10 minute increments at $30 per 10 minutes or part thereof.

After-hours in-office visits:
We try to provide our clients with homeopathic remedies that can be used in the case of minor illnesses, but there are often unforeseen illnesses which strike when stores or our office are not open to acquire self-care remedies. In this case, we may need to meet you outside our normal business hours. We will always try to find another approach to save you the time and money, but sometimes it is unavoidable. In this case, we charge $200.00 for the after-hours meeting, plus the appropriate fee for the amount of time we actually are consulting with you.
Products:
We provide specific homeopathic products to our clients as a matter of convenience. Practitioners have access to remedies that are not provided for over-the-counter purchase by consumers. We are not a homeopathic pharmacy. Please check with your local health food store for purchase of individual homeopathic remedies for consumer use. In the interest of safety for the general public, we do not provide homeopathic remedies for anyone except our clients. High potencies of homeopathic remedies, while very safe, can also have powerful healing effects on the body and should be used only under professional supervision, recommendation and oversight.
Because homeopathic remedies are individually chosen, we cannot foresee the exact costs until we meet each time with each client. The costs may increase or decrease, depending upon one's health situation. Therefore, we can only provide a rough range that is typical for the clients we have seen, as outlined above.
